In What Situation Can I Claim The Refund?

Every Certsland.com user is entitled to a full refund if he/she fails the corresponding exam on the first attempt in 30 days after the purchase of our product, and Product Exchange is guaranteed 150 days after the purchase.

Notice: The money-back-guarantee is not applicable in the following situations:

How to Claim a Refund or Exchange?

If one wants to claim a Refund/Exchange, our “Payment Refund Procedure” is quite simple and we will require the following information from you:

1. Send us a scanned copy of the “enrollment slip” in the certification exam i.e. we need to know that when you registered for the exam.

2. Send us a Scanned copy of your Result/Score Report in PDF format.

For refunds, you need to send all required information within 2 days after the test to [email protected]

It will be a repayment of the funds or you will be advised to procure a new product that may help you to pass your exam. Be patient, we will deal with it in 7 days after your submit.
